Bill After cancellation

I just cancelled my services on July 29th, and my bill was due on the 2nd of every month. It says im required to pay my $75 on August 2nd. I also had to cancel my plan a month early, so i will have a $120 early termination fee. Does that August 2nd bill go towards my early termination or is that $75 on top of the early termination fee?
