better packages?

I can never find a good package for already existing customer, how can I find one please help?!!

@_BRENNER_ I feel your pain. I can't either. I called one day, found a great plan but the customer service rep didn't actually change my plan. I thought it was all said and done. I called again trying to get my router to work as I have not been able to get my own equipment to work after switching from their eqipment.  The representive I spoke with at that time said she never heard of the plan I spoke of. I swear if you call on a different day of the week to a different representive they will give you a different plan. I may be wrong but it seems that way. Now I am on a terrible plan that I want to switch but there are no good ones out there. I will be calling again soon. The prices are way to high for what you get.

@_BRENNER_  was someone able to help you out?  I am having a hard time getting service and I've been trying for a month or so.  My last plan is expiring and the rates are skyrocketing.
