Being sent bills to collections that aren't mine.

Was sent emails and now getting text messages from xfinity assistant claiming unpaid bills being sent to collections. I assumed this was fake because my account is paid up on autopay and my balance states 0.

However the bills being sent have my name on them, but a different address. I have attempted to resolve this issue three separate times by going into the store. They claim it won't affect anything and not to worry about it. I'd like a second opinion if possible. I'm getting very frustrated with the competence within my area.

• Click the "Start new conversation"

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
