Being overcharged for 2 services i never authorized

I just found out today that I'm being billed for a landline i didn't know about and never once asked for since my new customer bundle promotional price ran its course nine years ago! I never asked for a landline. What is this 1995? The home i have lived in for nearly 10 years now had its physical phone line removed by the previous owner so I couldn't have used it even if I wanted to which I didn't. I was also being charged for 3 cable boxes when I only have 2 tvs in my entire house and that's been going on for God knows how long even though when I brought that to an agents attention years ago I was assured it was an error and was removed.  Well it wasn't until today. At least I hope that they removed it.  They have "escalated " my issue but haven't actually removed the landline yet or offered me credit.  If they don't pay me back for every single charge I'll take them to small claims court as that's what my attorney suggested I do.  This is predatory behavior from a billion dollar company.  They're stealing from me and acting as though it is my fault. After being on chat or phone with their customer service and being cold transfered time and time again the last rep had the audacity to ask me to sign up for a cell phone with them. Oh, almost forgot,  this was all brought to my attention this morning after digging around in my account after eronioisly being double charged over $300.00 twice, once on the 18th and the second on the 22nd of this month by autopay being somehow magically turned on on my account by someone besides myself. I've never allowed auto pay on this account for this very reason yet, poof! Magically took $336.00 out of my account without my permission only to find out I've been being chatted 52.00 per month for 2 things I never ordered, needed, used or authorized. That is theft! Period. Do better comcast. This is just gross.  I bet my bottom dollar they site policy tp me to get out of paying me back the money they have greedily stollen from me for years.  How is this legal? It surely isn't ethical. I'm disgusted.
