Being debited twice for the same bill from my bank account
I have automatic payments setup and I just noticed my bank statements that xfinity has been debiting my bank twice for the same bill. The double charge does not reflect on xfinity billing.
This has been going on since April 2024, for each month until now.
I have contacted support but no help. They keep saying they will fix this in 24 hours but nothing happens. I keep waiting.
My next step is contacting the bank or filing a dispute in the court.

To send a Direct Message:
