Being charged twice

My payment for last month was reversed. So I made a one time payment of $115 to cover my bill amount. It came out of my bank account and is posted right now to my Xfinity account. And now Xfinity is saying I owe double my bill amount for next month. If I get charged twice I will be terminating my services with Xfinity.
