Being charged twice

My payment for last month was reversed. So I made a one time payment of $115 to cover my bill amount. It came out of my bank account and is posted right now to my Xfinity account. And now Xfinity is saying I owe double my bill amount for next month. If I get charged twice I will be terminating my services with Xfinity.

Depending on when you made the payment, the correct balance due may not have updated yet. To confirm, did you make the payment today?
