Being charged for "unreturned eqipment" that we are using and now being denied any kind of refund for it.

I have been charged for unreturned equipment from March 2022-May 2023 for over $200, At first they said It would get refunded and NOW I am being told that they can only refund up to 3 months. That is illgeal to charge for something that you are NOT providing and falsing charging people for. Obviously it is a HUGE issue as there are millions of complaints about this across this forum and Google itself. Refund the $200 or we are goign to an attorney to file a class action lawsuit.

If you are/were on autopay the onus is on you to read your statement every month to ensure there are no billing errors.  Comcast will only refund 4 months' worth of an erroneous charge.  This is in the Terms of Service that you agreed to when signing up for service.

And FWIW, you also agreed to arbitration when you signed up.

I was not on auto pay and I have been calling them for months about so if they would have fixed it when I first called in, it would have been within 120 days. They have continually pushed me away and said it was fixed when it was not. And now we are over a year later and they are saying they can only do the last 4 months.

They want you to return equipment so you can open other accounts. Xfinity is criminal and not so smart! I did file complaints!
