Being charged for equipment I don't have.
I am being charged for equipment I don't have. I have talked to someone in billing and they said it's the flex box and I shouldn't be charged for it and that he fixed it but still being charged.

I need this resolved and refunded from when you started charging me for something I don't have and it's been quite a few months now.
