Being charged after canceling

I canceled my services in dec paid off my remaining balance and get a email the other day about turning in my equipment to bring my bill down! Short story when I paid my bill off the guy said my account was reactivated and there was no note of a disconnect of service and now I’m being forced to pay the $466 on your guys error? I had zero usage of the service since the day I disconnected but somehow am being billed and it’s my problem and nothing can be done about it because no note was put in the system! I’m not paying for someone else mistake

I hate to hear about your issues with your account. However, I will be more than happy to help with your request. To begin, would you mind sending me your name and the address to your account in a Direct message?

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it.
