Being built for now internet Xfinity and Xfinity Internet two bills

I'm being charged $10 a month for Xfinity now internet and $30 a month for Xfinity Internet I'm trying to get answers and get it straightened out

Thanks for taking the time to post here on the community forums, user_jzd8w6! We definitely don't want you paying for internet through both Xfinity and NOW. Considering it's $10/mo, it sounds like you may have inadvertently signed up for a NOW WiFi Pass. Have you attempted to connect to an Xfinity WiFi Hotpot (usually listed as "xfinitywifi" or "Xfinity" when looking for available WiFi connections), and taken to a screen to enter a payment method?

I'm not sure what happened maybe an inadvertently I signed up for the other one I don't know I know I had the other one then one month the other one showed up later I don't know I just wanted to pay the one and keep it I wouldn't need 2 thank you

user_jzd8w6, the Now WiFi Pass is a $10.00 one-time payment providing you 30-day access to the NOW WiFi Hotspot network. It will then cancel after 30 days if you don't wish to renew or keep the service. Here on Forums, we don't have access to NOW accounts and services. 

You also appear to have signed up for NOW internet, which includes an Xfinity gateway and 100 Mbps for $30 per month that you can install in your home. Do you recall getting any equipment?
