Being Billed for Service Period that is AFTER I cancelled my services

I cancelled my service effective May 16.
I received a bill (Billing Date May 22, 2026)  for "Services From May 27, 2026 to Jun 26, 2026"
Why am I being billed for a time period that is well AFTER I cancelled my service.  
Posting here since the assistant is asking me to wait 10 minutes on the assistant.  Not worth my time, this is your mistake and I will never pay this erroneous bill.
