Being billed for Peacock through Xfinity and can’t cancel

I’m being billed for peacock premium through xfinity. Peacock support directed me to xfinity. I do not have a x1 or flex device to cancel it manually. I already spoke to support and they didn’t help me and hung up on me. I want the subscription payment for peacock premium removed from my account immediately! This has been ongoing for months and I didn’t order this service and need to be charged back for the months of erroneous charges as well.

That comes included with products that we offer such as Gigabit service or if you are a Platinum or Diamond Rewards member. Are you seeing a charge on your bill for Peacock or just seeing it listed as a service on your account? That does not have to be watched through X1, Flex, or Xumo. You can watch it on any device you can use the app on such as a smart TV, PC, or smart phone.
