Being Billed for Now TV

I was given Now Tv stream for a free one year membership as I am active duty. However, on the Xfinity app I am being charged for it. I have verified my military status and received confirmation of this. I also activated my now streaming service. How long will this take for a resolution? If there is none can I give it back free of charge?

I am being charged for NOW on a credit card that is not part of my Xfinity account. When I call Xfinity they know nothing about it. How can I remove the $ 10. Charge every month?

Pk8472 Hi there! I understand the concern, especially when the $10 charge isn’t appearing on your regular Xfinity account. It may be associated with a NOW prepaid service or NOW WiFi Pass, which is handled separately. You can manage the subscription and turn off auto-renew through the NOW Portal. If it’s a NOW WiFi Pass, check your original confirmation or renewal email for the unsubscribe option as well.
