Being billed for 4 years for a netflix account I don't have

I have been paying for 4 years for a Netflix account I don't have.  Xfinity tells me i have to cancel with Netflix.  I call Netflix and they don't have a record of an account.  It was so bad I was on the phone for two hours and called Netflix and xfinity together so the Netflix customer service rep could tell the xfinity rep no account existed.  The xfinity rep was completely dumbfounded.  I usually call every 3 months complain and get a credit on my bill but after 4 years of doing this I cant wait to cancel my xfinity account and move to another provider.  Its gotten absolutely ridiculous.

Did you send the DM to @XfinityAirelle or to Xfinity Support?
