Being billed after canceling my services

I had called to cancel my services earlier in July, I got a conformation email about my cancellation request. Today I received a bill for $66 saying it was going to autopay at the end of the month. Please I need help on how to get this cancelled. All of my attempts to talk to a REAL person are just me being sent in a loop with their obnoxious automated system any help?
