Being asked to return a flex box I never received

I never received a flex box with my comcast service and now that I've cancelled my serice I'm being told I need to return it or else face a fee.
What can I do to remove this potential charge?

Thanks for working with our team to get the equipment removed, @user_i7ha57! That is taken care of now, but it can take up to 72 hours for the unreturned equipment notices to stop as it has to filter through all of our systems. We appreciate you taking the time out of your day to reach out and wish you the best!
