Been told by multiple agents that my services would be restored and it still isn’t.
The first agent said:
”I have successfully added the extension for you from my end, and I have also updated this to our billing team. Your service will be restored in the next couple of minutes.”
When that didn’t work, I messaged support again. This was the response:
“I have successfully submitted the details, and our backend team is processing the restoration of the services manually. It may take approximately 40-60 minutes to restore because the services are restored manually.”
After waiting an hour and a half, I messaged support again:”As I can see, the request made by the previous agent is still pending. Once the backend team processes it, they will restore your services from their end.”
I was also told that there’s no time frame for when my services will be restored.
“However, due to a past due payment, this is taking time to get restored. I am also adding the same notes to the high priority list so our team will look into this.“
this is crazy. If you tell someone their payment arrangement was accepted and their services will be restored, that’s what you do. I’m exhausted with this company’s awful customer service.
