Been hung up on twice in less than 3 minutes

What is wrong with Customer service at xfinity??? I've been calling for MONTHS about a bill adjustment for a box that hasn't worked for MONTHS & nobody at Xfinity seems capable of resolving a simple issue. I was insultingly offered a credit for $1.20- yes ONE DOLLAR AND TWENTY CENTS! I was told SEVERAL times a Supervisor would call me back... no call yet. One rep hung up on me because he couldn't understand what my issue was (which the language barrier is a whole other problem) & the last rep put me in hold for 34 minutes! As much as I pay for Xfinity mobile, alarm, internet & cable- I expect better than this...

I sympathize, had that happen to me on couple of 3 way calls. Irresponsible/unprofessional Xfinity tech supervisor left the call leaving me and the other vendor with super poor impressions..  If you have to call back, try this to get past the super poorly designed phone answer system to get live agent:

1. call the xfinity 800 number. 2.  after the voice verifies your address,  the voice will ask why calling.  State  "disconnect service".  It will ask are you disconnecting to a move, say NO.  Then you will get live agent, explain to them your issue and ask them to connect you to right dept.
