Been a Long Term Customer. Bill Needs Lowered

I have been an Xfinity customer after Comcast and both companies before them. In other words, I've been a customer since I found out about Cable in St. Paul, MN. I had told many friends about those companies' services since around1998. Many of them signed up.

There are many commercials showing promotions available to new subscribers. But when we long term customers ask for Xfinity to lower our prices, we are told no. We're told we don't qualify or we are lied to.

For instance, after being in chat with three different agents, I was promised I could have your Xfinity Essentials Plan for low income customers. What I got was nothing, and this was after being in chat for over 3 hours.

The second time I contacted them, my bill was changed from $67 down to $65.

The third time, was when my husband's phone plan was transferred to Tello. Then I was offered Xfinity Stream for $20 a month.

As senior citizens, on an extremely low income of just Social Security and SSDI, there should be better programs for us, as well as other customers.

Next month, I will be going to Tello for my phone service and we are seriously considering leaving Xfinity. We really like the Xfinity internet speed, but the price for it is just ridiculous. There are much better offers out there.

You need to do better for your ongoing, low income customers. Everybody knows you can, definitely, afford to treat us better.
