Bankruptcy

I’ve filed bankruptcy and given Xfinity all the appropriate information and yet my service was suspended not once but twice. The first time I got through to someone on the phone and they turned it back on immediately, but today I was told by a representative that there was no automatic stay after filing bankruptcy anymore and that I needed to pay the bill. This is illegal. You cannot disconnect service during an automatic stay in bankruptcy in the United States. I need my service turned back on.
