Bankruptcy Team

How do we get in touch with comcast regarding a bankruptcy that has been filed ? There is no mailing address, reps via chat and over the phone have no idea what to do or who I can speak with .

Active account , current . I filed BK in August and xfinity is listed in my documents . Courts mailed paperwork and it came back undeliverable . My account is still in status and it should be included in my stay it isn’t . Nor does Comcast show record of my filing . Trying to find the dedicated team for this issue

@user_3b67b3 , Can you please private message our team your full and and service address? We will need to submit a ticket for this specific scenario and get personal details from you. To send the requested information:
  • Click "Sign In" if necessary
  • Click the "Direct Messaging" icon 
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support"
      there. As you are typing a drop-down list appears.
  • Select "Xfinity Support" from that list. An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send it
