Hi there, user_30xe8k! Congratulations on getting the prepaid card! The Xfinity prepaid card is designed to be used like a debit card for purchases and online transactions. It does not offer cash access or recurring payments, meaning you cannot directly withdraw cash from it at an ATM. While it can be used for purchases, you cannot transfer funds from the card to a bank account. If you have laws specific to your state such as cashing out prepaid cards under $5, you would want to reach out to the bank at the number on the back of the card for further assistance with that.
