Bank card Visa

You guys have shut off my internet and I've been trying to pay it off I had enough money to pay it off but you guys wouldn't accept my bank card I had to reschedule in order to get my internet back and you guys still won't let me pay my bill with my bank card I did all of the information I put it all correctly but it keeps on simply saying denied denied denied.

To tell you the truth I'm going to effing cry all I want to do is just pay my bill why is this so hard 😭 😭 😭 😭 😭 😭

As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window 
Press Enter to send it
