Bank autopay shows On, but support says not enrolled

My billing settings show checking-account autopay On and paperless billing On. A chat advisor says their system shows bank autopay is not enrolled. My pending 500 Mbps order shows $80/month instead of the quoted $70 with the $10 bank-autopay discount. Nothing has been submitted. Can an employee help reconcile the enrollment records and confirm the discount before I change plans?

user_xhx8ki Thank you for reaching out! If you have a pending order for service, and have already added your bank account information for autopay, the discount should already be applied. We can take a closer look for you, please send us a direct message.
