Bank Auto pay issue
I have been on bank auto pay for two years with no problem. The last two months I get an email saying you didn't get my payment. I contacted the bank and the payment was made successfully and deducted from my account. I called and the agent was not able to verify or investigate anything, just gave me a refund. I don't want to keep having to call every month. Please resolve this issue. I paid my bill, on your end you are not registering it.
