Balance Transferred

Hi,

I pay bill with automatic payment every month but noticed that 'Balance Transferred From: ***' is charged in the current bill.  I also noticed the account number has been changed somehow although I have not moved.  I remember that I asked to correct my address sometime before because comcast had typo in my address so maybe it is related.  I have not been noticed the account number change. Now I have two questions.

 

1. Why the Balance Transfer is charged even though I paid fully every month?
2. How can I see the previous bills after the account number change?

I have a "Balance transfer" on my bill. I called to ask about it, and the representative said I was looking at an old bill. I went back after the call to look in my app, and NO, it was not an old bill. I am getting large balance transfers even though I pay in full every month. Please help.
