BALANCE TRANSFERRED - moved apartments
Hi!
I recently transferred service to a new apartment and noticed I have a balanced transferred. Looks like service stopped at the old apartment and a new one began at the new apartment and am being charged almost double since it appears the other account was closed. Is this correct?

Thank you so much for reaching out to us over our Community Forums. Normally when transferring locations, we will stop billing on an old account the day services are transferred over. Any remaining balance for that billing cycle will be prorated based on the service dates, and transferred over to the new account either as a charge, or credit depending on the status of the old account.
