Balance transferred from
Hello,
Recently I moved and asked the service transfer.
But, I found that there is aroun $29 charge as "Balance transferred from".
Can you explain why it charged? and If it is due to the account change, can you explain why you change my account? I never asked this change. I just did the service transfer for moving.

Hi @user_5ec193 and congratulations on your move!
Based on your description, it sounds like you requested to transfer your services when you moved. Correct me if I'm wrong, but is the account change you mentioned the account number? If so, that's correct and necessary; your account number is particular to both you as a customer and the location so when you change the location, there is another account number that gets assigned (even if the services remain the same).
Most of the time, a move doesn't happen at the start of a billing cycle so the $29 that was transferred from the previous location is likely for the services that were used between the last bill you received and the date that the old location was no longer active.
