Balance transferred from old account to new account though it is paid in old account

Hello Team,

There are transfer charges 67.74 added in the new bill, but they were paid in old account. please provide clarity on these charges.

Old account was charged for services from Nov 4 2023 - Dec 3 2023. (Billing date - Nov 1)
New account billed for the services from Nov 26 2023 - Dec 25 2023 (Billing Date - Nov 27)

- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

 

- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

 

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
