Balance transfered from account that isn't mine

I moved recently and my most recent Xfinity bill included a balance transferred from another account. However, I paid off my remaining balance at my old address two months ago. I have not been able to connect with a live agent to resolve this and I am very frustrated. The account number is [Edited: "Personal Information"]. When I was talking to a live agent a few months back to move my service to my new address, they assured me that the last time I would be billed for my old address was for my billing cycle in April. So why am I being charged an extra $40 randomly this month? I'm livid.
