Balance transfer?

I recently moved so my wifi came with. 

I was charged a “balance transfer” which i’m assuming has to do with the move. 

Just wanting to be sure I will not be charged again for this in the follow months to come. If so, will switching to another provider possibly make this additional charge disappear?
