Balance sent to Collections

I'm looking at my credit report and it says I have a $167 balance sent to Waypoint collections back in November 2023, However I've been a customer longer than that and my account is currently still active. Who do I talk to that can clarify how they sent a balance to collection even though I'm still a customer? how does Waypoint have my debt that i was never made aware of?

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
 - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
 - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.
