Balance reappeared after being zero yesterday
My card is on file but my ex moved to Nicaragua and accumulated huge extra charges I told her I was removing her from the plan. Then last night it appeared she payed the balance using her card that was not on file. I assumed this because the balance was no longer showing except for the bill due at the end of September. Now it is back. Please help🙏
