Bait and Switch
I truly believe these customer service agents have been trained to lie to you and promise you the best package while not giving you a package at all. Infact they give you the worst option there is, so by the time you notice that you're paying almost 400.00 for cable and internet montly you are already locked in at that billing cycle and end up getting charges like 1,000 for two months. The supervisor Donna doesn't accept the fact that the staff is out right lying to customers promising adjustments and to fix their actions. Agent told me he can bring my bill down to 600.00 dollars but she got on the phone and quoted back at 900.00 only discounting hurricane victims 53 dollars off. Donna proceeded to yell at me , spoke to me like I was dumb when I'm telling her the package vs what was discussed does not match. What good is it for me to go over something that doesn't match what was discussed with three different agents over the phone. I have been a long time Customer but this is the third time I had to deal with being lied to by xfinity agents. Run
