Bait and switch on pricing

On June 30th I sent a message to lower my bill amd was offered a package at $211 and $201 with autopay.  My bill has never been that amount without talking to a representative every month.  The last person I talked to stated she was a supervisor and was told they will not honor the price I was quoted via chat on June 30th.
