Bad service stop scamming my bank account

Check on my issue many tickets were raised and closed with no solution

NOW or Xfinity is the same company so I don’t know ant to hear about that. 

My request is very simple u Need refund of duplicate payments and solve the issue.

Since Oct. 2024 your mobile service charging twice for 1 mobile line and still doing the same although I moved it to another company. Last deduction was June. 07. 

the funniest thing Now service chat system where staff had 0 customer service as they keep transferring me from one to another sake with other team in the call center. 

all  tickets resided by them were already closed with no resolution and of course NO refund. 

last ticket issued by  a Supervisor called Mark on May. 17. 2025.

Xfinity  and NOW service are the same company so no more excuses or justifications.  

I need a solution for this miss and refund.
