Bad customer service
I have had outages in my service everyday of this week which has been excessively disturbing. The outages were for my whole neighborhood and all the xfinity customers in my neighborhood had outages.
I spoke with a customer service agent requesting a credit on my account and the agent (kimberlin) offered a credit for $3.82. My neighbor received a credit for $50 dollars. This is unaccepatable. My neighbor showed me screenshots of his chat and his agent was very helpful and gave him a good amount of credit. The agent i got was dismissive about the issue and said couldnt offer me a credit for more than $3.
