Awaiting final bill including ETF
I cancelled all Xfinity services effective January 20th and returned my TV box (the only Xfinity equipment I had) on that day. My monthly bill usually generates around this time each month, but I have not yet received a notification that one is available this month. I have been able to see what appears to be a final bill when using the Xfinity app, but it does not appear at all on the web site. The bill I am able to see through the Xfinity app does not show an early termination fee although I believe I will owe one. Would someone be able to verify the following for me, please?
- When I should receive a final bill?
- Is an ETF being charged?
- The final credit amount I will receive? and how it will be refunded to me?
