available packages

my bill is now 350 dollars a month this is unrealistic for a cable bill.  As a customer of over 30 years why is it so hard to see other available packages and prices, the tab exists on my account page but it always says i have to call to change service.  I would also like to be able to send a direct message to see if i can get a better rate on my current plan before looking into other options, thanks

Here are the detailed steps to direct message us:

 

• Click "Sign In" if necessary

•Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page) or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging

•Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

•Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list

•Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

•Press Enter to send your message
