Autopay Stopped Working – Billing Help Needed from Abroad

Hello, I am currently located outside the U.S. and unable to call 1‑800‑XFINITY. My autopay has stopped working even though my card is valid and has sufficient funds. I need help resolving this issue and reactivating autopay for my account in Grayson, GA. Thank you.

I can definitely understand how frustrating this would be, especially being out of the country and not being able to call. Our team is not able to update payment methods due to the nature of the platform we work on, however I'm happy to take a look and see if there is a reason the autopay isn't working. Please send us a DM to Xfinity Support with your full name and address to get started.

Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Message" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pen and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
A "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window   
Press Enter to send it
