Autopay issue with payment being canceled and but never refunded.

My monthly payment was made on time with right amount and confirmed by email from Xfinity next day as being successfully processed. But a few days later it seems to have disappeared and I am being charged again with no explanation. Same thing happened same month last year and took several months to get straightened out.

Ii would prefer to actually talk to someone with Xfinity who can explain to me why and how this is happening to my account intermittently and why. My phone number should be on my account.
