Autopay is down

The Xfinity Autopay is t working. It tells me there's an error and cannot process my payment when I have the funds available. It just tells me to go back to the main menu while they resolve the issue.

Xfinity isn't allowing me to make a payment at all on the website or the app. I have funds available but the Autopay didn't work. It won't even let me make a payment directly thru the site or app. Please help

@JTW420 What is the error message you're receiving when attempting to make a payment through the Xfinity web portal and app? Have you attempted to process a payment while using the browser's incognito/private mode? There are times when the cache and cookies of the browser may also need to be cleared.

All it says is this then has a button to click to go back to the main menu. I'm not in incognito mode either and it says this on the website and app.

"Sorry, this isn’t working right now

Please return to My Account Overview while we resolve the issue."

I have since deleted all cookies and the cache and it's still giving me the error message. The website seems to be having issues taking my payment so I'm without any internet right now until you guys fix this

Will you please attempt to process a payment through your browser's incognito/private mode? Let us know the result. If our digital options are not working properly for you we have other options to make payments

Having same issue as show error when trying to setup autopay. Tried from both laptop and cell phone via xfinity app and same results. Tried reaching xfinity by phone but just prompts to various recordings that eventually takes you a virtual assistant that is no help.

@user_lm7oe2 Welcome to our community forum and thank you for letting us know about the issues you're having with setting up autopayments through the Xfinity app and website. It's difficult enough to remember to pay all our monthly bills, let alone run into issues when we've put aside time to complete something that should be simple and easy. I'm sorry for the frustration this has caused. 

 

Have you tried clearing the cache and cookies in your browser and making sure you have the latest update installed? Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app to see if that corrects the issue?
