autopay discount

Hello, Ive had an autopay discount on my bill for about a year. I moved into my new house and then the autopay discount disappeared with the move and transition, even though I had called xfinity prior, to ensure everything would be okay with the move. Fast forward to 4 months later, the autopay discount still is not on my bill despite numerous calls the past few months. Prior month, agents have said "it has now been added" and I see they only applied a $10 credit and the discount was not applied. I have been told multiple times that the discount was added. Why now is it still not added? I refuse to pay more, when nothing should've even been changed since the move. I refuse to pay more because multiple agents have told me that it was fixed and that the discount was added. I also have no desire to change my plan which is what the latest agent suggested. So frustrated!

Concern moved here to the Billing help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

Hey there, @user_0khgyz! Thank you so much for taking the time to reach out to us here on the Xfinity Forums. I am very sorry to hear about the experience with the automatic payment discount applying. To be eligible for the discount, the package would need to be eligible for the discount to apply, and the payments would need to be drawn with your bank account to get the full discount of $10. I would be more than happy to help look into the account and provide further details. Can you please send us a DM to get started?
