@XfinityChristy Yeah, no. I'll be going back to paper billing if it goes any lower, and I might do it anyways. You are asking too much, Comcast, and your autmated features, internet billing, and communications haven't proven they can be trusted for routing and account numbers... HA! The U.S. treasury was recentlyt hacked, and you're asking your customers to give their banking credentials to you for storage and automated transactions.
@Vando22, you are more than welcome to go back to paper billing. You can always set up the autopay at anytime you wish again. Plese let us know if you have any other question or concerns.

@XfinityChristy was this announced by email? I would have made the change before this month's bill and losing money if I had known. I can't find any emails from xfinity about this change.
carla68d excellent question, I believe this change in particular was listed on your previous monthly billing statement touching on rate changes for 2025.

The discount is now only two bucks because I want to use my credit card? wow. Raise the price and short any discount we could get. I swear we are just being nickel and dimed at every turn. Zipply is looking better everyday.
@No_Smoking thank you for taking time to leave a reply, we appreciate valuable feedback to know when changes are impacting customers. I know using the payment method of choice is important, and I'll pass along the feedback to our corporate leadership. If you do want to update to checking account autopay, the discount is still $10 for that payment method and paperless statements.

Yep I got no notice that the discount for automatic payment was lowered to 2 bucks. Fiber optics finally in my area....can't wait for a couple months till my contract is over to switch.
lucky you still stuck in the monopoly that's xfinity in my area. why digital communication should be supported by the community and not privatized. profit will always come before service as long as that is the case
T-Mobile did this same thing, changed the automatic payment discount if you're paying with a credit card. It's called discrimination based on form of payment.

Concern moved here to the Billing help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.
