autopay discount

I received a notification 2 months ago saying that I would get a $10 discount because I am on autopay and have been for over 20 years but I don't see the discount yet. When will this show on my account?

user_vold10021, Thank you for reaching out to Xfinity Support. I would be happy to take a look at your account and see what is going on with your discount. Please send us a DM with your name and full address by doing the following: 

• Click "Sign In" if necessary

• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

• Press Enter to send your message
