Autopay discount not applied

Can you please check why my autopay discount is not applied to the next bill?

I have autopay enabled with my checking account.

I have paperless billing enabled too.

Good day user_wepemu 👋 You're in the right place for help, so thanks for stopping by our community! I know how important it is to make sure you're getting every discount you should be, and that automatic payment discount is one of our best. Have you only recently set your payment preferences to start receiving this discount? They $10 discount can take 1-2 billing cycles before it appears on your bill, so depending on when you set it up, you may still be within that window 👍

Please let me know if you have additional questions and check out xfinity.com/support/articles/automatic-payment-paperless-billing when you have time as it has loads of useful information on how these discounts are applied.

I set this up 2 years ago and my previous bills include it.

I disabled and enabled it again today to check if it makes any difference, but it doesn't.

Okay thanks for letting me know! Is your automatic payment setup specifically through a checking or savings account, or is it setup through a card instead?
