autopay discount incorrect

Hi,

According to my bill: "In order to ... receive a $10 Automatic Payment and Paperless Billing Discount, please switch your preferred payment method bank transfer using routing and account number."

I have always paid via bank transfer, but my autopay discount appears to be $5 (the discount for using a credit card). Please advise.
