Autopay and paperless discount
In 2023 I signed up for automatic payments and paperless billing (see https://forums.xfinity.com/conversations/billing/autopay-question-webpage-vs-email/64ff82b7baecdd4ece055f82?commentId=6577227af961c6163a30f69f). I met all the the requirements listed in https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/automatic-payment-paperless-billing for a $10 discount, but I never received the any discount because, according to Xfinity Support, I didn't have an "eligible plan".
Could Billing check to see, if I were to try again, might the discount come though? Or are the video and Internet services I have with Comcast/Xfinity still "not eligible"? If not, what exactly is an "eligible plan"?
