AutoPay $10 Discount
I just changed my plan and was quoted $85 per month which includes a $10 a month discount for using autopay from a checking account. So far all looks ok on the billing with the exception of the $10 autopay discount.

Hi there. Thank you so much for reaching out. In order to receive the $10 self-service discount, you must enroll into paperless billing as well as bank auto-pay.

I also have spent 35 minutes trying to get a live agent on the chat. Comcast customer service is the worst out there. I have a simple question and can't get a live person to answer.
